Why? Four years is probably fairly accurate given it took that long before the PC version finally caught up to the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions. It will no doubt take a few years again once the next wave of consoles comes out.

I think it's Copa America which seems logical because they have almost all CONMEBOL teams (only Bolivia is missing in FIFA 13, they added Paraguay and Venzeula)
