fifa 13 gameplay in fifa 08

its probably like madden 08.
try setting your screen resolution at its optimal using the button navigation settings through the monitor itself. if its not on optimal it should say something. if you cant find it, then find your resolution settings through window's control panel and put it at where everything looks perfectly in proportion. mine is 1280x1024.
if you can also adjust your video driver's screen resolution through its control panel and put it at the same resolution you selected earlier.
then in fifa put all sliders at 50/default and put on hardest level.
* if your pc slows down too much, the easier option is to lower screen resolution in fifa's system settings one by one until your pc is quick enough. the best option i suggest downloading texmod, find instructions for it if you havent used it before, then log the images on main menu etc, and make them blank and resize to 1 pixel by 1 pixel. this speeds up the in game engine by so much.
i do all of this (minus the texmod part) for every game and its my best method to getting the best settings.
