FIFA 13 In-Game Hidden Balls & Boots

For those having problems unlocking boots in EAS FC, here are some pretty good boots which are hidden in FIFA 13:

While EA improves the gameplay every year, they mess up with other things such as hiding boots and balls. Do you think its a licensing issue?
You can't even select which arena you want in FIFA 13. Anyone got a solution for this (any code to insert in the user.ini)?
EDIT: I meant arena in which you play 1 on 1 Player vs GK. Not stadiums!!

Use DBM 12, edit the teamstadiumlinks table, select any stadium ID you like for your team.
