FIFA 13 (Or Previous Version) Player and Ball Positions

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and I would like to know whether it is possible to export the player and ball (and maybe referee) position information on the field of an entire game (at 20, 15, 10 or even 5 times per second) by a cheat or through some sort of coding?

It doesn't have to be FIFA 13, it can be any version of FIFA PC Game

I need it for a database project, and would appreciate the help or hints very much
