Yes, it is. Even if I don't know if it's used in FIFA PC or only in FIFA NG (here for sure).

Then it should work. I make the youtube videos using 2.68.

Be sure to press the cleanup button, every once in a while.

The script works like this:

Whatever texture file you select in the texture file section, will have its textures exported in the fifa_tools folder. You can check there to see wether they were exported from the rx3 or not.

Now, for ALL model types other than stadiums, in order to create a material during the import, you just have to check the Create Materials checkbox.

After the import you can click Assign Materials and the script will try to assign the materials to their according objects.


For exporting now

Make sure you have the Model and Hair checkboxes checked. And then make sure that the 3D Model File contains the original head .rx3 and the hair file contains the hair .rx3.

Also, make sure that the objects have that naming convention. This is where extraction is based.

The head parts should be named head_0 head_1 and the hair parts hair_0 and hair_1

Then the only thing you have to do, is to select the export directory and press extract.

I'm using 2.67b now and the textures work. I realized that when I export it, it changes the name file to new_0 instead of head_0. What shoud I do? :( Sorry for so many questions.

I import the files, I edit them a little, I export them, then I re-import them, the head file appears but the hair is invissible, and the names change to new_0...



Is it possible that my files are the problem? can you share with me the head and face texture you have used?

This has nothing to do with textures. Nowhere in the script i use this 'new' prefix. So i really don't know what went wrong there xD.

I'd advice you to create a whole new scene in blender and try again.

It works fine. What could be the problem? Maybe because I'm using Win7 64-bit? I'll try to reinstall everything again and I'll tell you.

Propably the blend file messed up it has nothing to do with the operating system.

I run the script in linux :P

Everything is working now(sort of) I could export and re-import succesfully, but now I can't save the changes I make in the head file. The rest is great. Thanks.

You are not in edit mode while exporting aren't you?

Of course mate :) After you make any changes in edit mode you need to return to object mode in order to apply them. Its not a script's thing, thats how blender works :)

Your version has mislocated the object for some reason. It needs extra vertex moving operation in order to come to the right place. And in addition the rx3 files are not correct :S

This guy's obj is imported in place without much effort and the rx3 files are little endian (fifa 14). To be honest i haven't tried to export any head or hair model. I'll try to test them and i'll tell you more precisely if it really works or not.

I have a little question; what is the key to turn the model around. In the version I used to edit FIFA models it was the ALT key but now I won't work. And a second question; how can I add the textures on a model? This verion of Blender is new for me so I'm a little bit noob at this.

You hold the middle moust button to turn your view around.

You want to add new textures? or import the game textures?

Thanks. Well for example I import Cristiano Ronaldo's facemodel but now I want to add the hair model but also the facetexture and hairtextures so I can see the full face in Blender.
