FIFA 14 Better Career Patch

Hey guys, i have succesfully patched these tweaks onto my game, but there are a few things buggin me.

The camera is outzoomed more then it should be ( is it possible to get rid of the ai cheat? So I could use the tweaks AND play the game like it was without the system of beta990?

I bought the game in the Netherlands, so the default language is Dutch but I want to play the game English? How do I do that since it goes automatically?

There is no music. After I played a game theres no music

Hi beta , I have some problems in career with player growth,
I'm using your fifa 14 better career patch v6, and players do not grow at all until age 23 no matter how I set FORM_AGE_DIVISION and NON_PRIMARY_ATTRIB_AGE_DIVISION. I guess I'm doing something wrong but I do not know what. Maybe you can help me?

Career Mode Edits

I wonder if anyone can help me? I have been playing a career with FL1 team Oldham Athletic. I have been playing the career for 8 years (game time) and have turned the team into quite a formidable European side.

To go with my success, I have created new fantasy kits and adboards.

The only thing holding me back is my stadium. At the beginning it was realistic but now it looks like a shed that no champions league match would be seen dead it.

With my teams success, it's plausible to think they would build a new or refurbish the old stadium.

So is there a way to change to another generic stadium when a career has already been started?

A guy can dream about Oldham being great.

One last thing. Does this patch help with contracts ? I always start as a lower division team and everyone I sign wants to be a crucial team player and complains when they miss a few games.
When I tried with Barcelona I could sign many decent first team players to a squad rotation contract and they'd accept. Is it something to do with club prestige?

Hey whats in that compdata folder in v6 what does it change??

Change the way of teams qualifying for the EURO/Champ-league. More/other teams will play in those leagues.

did you find a solution for changing the minimum age for players who have just 6 month left in the contract to buy him for free for the next season? D

- Camera can be changed/comment in rna.ini
- Yes, I've done some things on AI cheating, will try to improve this with every version.
- You need to change the Origin (program) language to English and re-install the game. It will be in English now.

Please try the newest version: V7_RC1 and report if this helps.

I have released V7_RC1. This is a testing version, but does include some improvements:
- Less AI-cheating
- Better transfer-system
- Player-contract changes (reducing 1-year contracts)
- Better manager-ai/sim-settings
- Sim-radio enabled again (by default)
- Bug fixes

Please test the newest RC('s) and report me what works better or what doesn't.

I don't know if it's because of changes in the playergrowth.ini or in the default game as well, but players don't develop "Reactions", "Vision" and "Penalties". None of the players develop those attributes at all.

That's what I have done and it works fine.

Also, beta990, version 7 of your tweaks causes my game to crash whenever I attempt to load or start a new career, this was not the case in version 6.

Additionally, version 7's rna.ini fails to fix the music issue where none plays in the menus. However, what I have found to fix this is to remove the line that reads: "START_IN_FIFA_GAME=1". Then the music is fine.

Yeah, same for me. Version 7 crash, when starting/loading career mode.
It is caused by playercontract.ini

Instead im using an old one and it works.

Maybe you can recheck the values you´ve changed in playercontract.ini once again.

Is there a way to change playervalues.ini so that the top scorer and the assist leader of a league have bigger market values?
For example if suarez becomes the top scorer his value from 20.000.000m should go to 27.000.000m?

I do not understand why the players do not grow until age of 23. Even with beta 7 there is still no change to that.Is there anyone who played career and the players under 23 are growing because for me from the first version up untill beta 7 in this matter there is no change and this in anoying. Everithing else looks ok though. florian5996, I believe the problem is in the compdata folder, at least for me. If you do not copy that folder, career wil work ok.

Thanks for reporting! I comment this line, because it's needs more testing. Would you please test V7_RC2 if it is OK now?

Hmm, are you for sure? My players grow even when they are 16, 18, 21, etc.

Just don't use/copy the folder compdata and fifadb.
