why so many player join a team for free transfer? can i change it?

He is just lazy and dont get what does this patch do, he is complaining on to many injuries and card but you can go in simsettings.ini and lower the % of injury's and cards and its solved, but no, he will rather say that game is very bad with this patch which is not true!?
Just go in control panel and uninstall this mod!?

i reduce Age of players to 23 yaers.. but players in 29 or 30 years retirement...(season 2020)

What DB are you using? If it's moddingway, use the non-matrix DB. You'll see growth there.
As for the old players decreasing, I don't know if lines in ini can fix it. Previous FIFA has it also...

This mod is great, the only thing i would like to edit is my youth academy players not having decent physical stats, in the ini how do i edit this so that growth in the physical region is greater or they start off with better phys stats, nothing more frushtrating than having a potential awesome winger with good stats all round but can only run at 68 after 4 seasons, cheers

Also I want to note that the game sometimes force players to retire for clearing the database and make it not to big. At least sometimes it seems to be the case.
What database are you using? Youth Staff kept between saves and crash game
I made a Career mode and then edited some config settings to my liking. When I came back in today and made a new career mode save, my youth staff from the previous save were transferred to this save as well as the players in my youth academy. However, when I tried to open the youth academy, my game crashed. Can you think of any config settings that would do this? Or is there some other problem?
