I have the heads converter almost ready.
We will need two more things to make FIFA 13 faces work ( without mouth animation ) in FIFA 14
1) We need a bump for each face. I´m preparing a generic file for this. A bump is like this :
Why we need this ? Because FIFA 14 adds generic bumps to all faces and FIFA 14 generic bump is different from FIFA 13.
The good thing is that we can personalize bumps. The one you see is from Cristiano face. Then face will look more as you see them in blender since a generic bump does not reproduce face details properly. As I´ve said it can also be a generic one.
2) We need a change in player.lua that is not big deal in order to allow the game to load these bump files.

if this tool releases then fifa14 gonna be a huge hit...fukh ea..who dont even put scanned faces into fifa like joe allen,benzia or umtiti...atleast il start my career with fifa13 converted faces

Good news is that we can continue using CFC 12.
I´m working on a tool that will convert FIFA 14 heads to a format compatible with Cyber Face Converter 12.
So the process will be like this
1) You convert face from FIFA 14 to CFC.lrx3 compatible one with the new tool
2) You convert the CFC.rx3 to .cfc file with CFC 12.
3) You edit the face with blender or what ever you use
4) You convert the .cfc to CFC rx3 file with CFC 12
5) You convert CFC.rx3 to FIFA 14 Head format with the new tool
