FIFA 16 New Collars Kit

i have this idea and i search someone that can help me to realize it!!!
in fifa 16 there are new type of collar kit from n°16 to n°21

i intend that

or this

and i have this question..
are there a way to insert this new type of collar also in fifa 15 and fifa 14???
where are they in the database file ???
i hope that someone can help me with this idea bye!!

U need to do 2 things then:
1. Set the colar type
Best way trough the database : table teamkits, u got all kit settings there like colar
OR
Trough lua statements (revolution mod) : if the database dont support the new high values (16-21) for colars, u need to do it this way

2. Models
U ll need the body/kit models for the new 16-21 colars
Data/sceneassets/body/...
...
