FIFA 2002 on Windows 2000

Are there any known issues with fifa 2002 on windows2k? My hardware is all more than adequate, yet whenever I attempt to play fifa2002 it crashes out immediately or after the intro. I have installed numerous times and I tested it on my roommate's computer who is running winme and it works fine there.... any help is appreciated.

Works for me...

I dual boot 98 and 2000 and the only thing I have noticed is that the sound is a little crackily sounding in 2000, other than that it is all the same. You perhaps know this already, but ensure all your drivers are the latest, and you have no conflicts or missing devices in your device manager.
