It might take a while, but write down the appearence and statistics of all your players somewhere, and just create them after you upgrade it.

That's what I did.

I could download it, but then it would override the NSL league, which has 13 teams with over 350 players, should I get rid of that?

Description of destruction_update 1.0 : Certainly the MOST ELECTRIFYING AND AWAITED update in the fifa series. Not one to be missed as it corrects bugs, formations and team managements in the EPL and updates EVERY transfer in the world both past and present!

I don't think he can, because it is part of his NSL patch...

If he did, it would be unfair on all the other people (like me) eagerly waiting the release of the NSL patch.

But there should be more news on the FIFA Oceania site.

I would download this patch, but the NSL team files took me 2 weeks to perfect, with names and trying to get players as close to looking like their real-life counterparts as possible. I know this "destruction update" is probably a great patch, but I know that many NSL/Australian supporters would rather see their own league (which EA neglected) in the game.

By installing the NSL patch we will be faced with the same problem. will lose any custom teams or players and still have out of date rosters for the rest of the world.

Same happend with the World Cup patch from Fifa Korea.

It shows the need for a Fed2002.

What is the full story on it ?

Does Chau not want to spend the time to do it ?

Has he been blocked by EA from doing it ?

Does he not want to or is not allowed to pass on the code to someone that has time to do it ?

this destruction update is nothing special - even claims to do things that it does not (such as fix the formation bug) - my recommendation would be to go and toss it in the bin!

As for the overwriting, just back up the user directory files and switch back if you dont like what you get from the patch - simple!

Well I downloaded it, and backed up my NSL files (which I have already lost once before), and it is not all its cracked up to be.

The only person praising it is the person who made it, too me if the creater praises their product to much it must be crap and has no confidence in the consumer.

You wont hear me saying "Oh my NSL patch, its the best ever patch, you must download it, it's electrifuing"
