fifa 2003 cheats not working

hi i am tutsi.

the cheats for fifa 2003 does't seem to be working.

i have 128mb ram n the game runns average on medium graphics level.

i thought if i can edit the soccer.ini file and disable the extra animation (eg. crowd, lineman,flairs etc) the game would run good.

but even after editing the soccer.ini file the animations r still there.

someone please help. please send me the edited soccer.ini file which has all these special effects disabled and all teams enabled.
