If you didn´t, try to uninstall and install again the demo after you´ve installed directX 8.1. It worked with me.

this really isnt solving anything...all of us posting our problems, no1 is helping out, i have no idea wats wrong w/ my computer it says fifa 2003 requires a hardware graphics acceleration, which is my vid card, and this sh!t isnt workin damnit

I work on a win2kpro and an ati radeon 8500 and the demo works fine for me.....Why dun u guys try getting the latest drivers or try to dl the demo at another mirror?

my problem with the black screen is over...
reinstalled driver (not sure if that helped)
but when it hangs on the Black screen with the hour glass...
I hit (space bar) and it seems to finally work for me...
(flashes a second to desktop and then runs game)

I have radeon 8500 128 mb, win 98-2

How do you fix the bloody red screen with the huge green writing on it (Bad Artist, No Cookie)?????

Is this some kind of a joke EA is playing on us, cause if they are, it's not very funny. Somebody tell me. I have downloaded DirectX 8.1 drivers, and it's still happening!

the game works fine, its just the weird colors

When i start the demo a black screen apears and then it returns to the desktop and the back to the blck screen.
Then the comp freezes.\
Can someone help me, is it a problem with the resolution?

Fifa 2003 works fine

fifa 2003 works fine im happy no worrys i got a 32 meg ge force 2 video card and it works abosouletly fine im soo happy but my comp is called a p4 1.6 it loads in fast the graphics are awsome no problems

I found this in the ini.big gile and I think it identicates 5 teams in the game?

Hi,

I am using Windows 2000 and I've got the latest version of DirectX (8.1). My display adapter is an on-board Intel 82810 Graphics Controller (those that come with some Soyo motherboards) and I got the latest driver version.

The problems I got are the following:

1) When I click the thread a red screen appears with something written "bad artist no cookie". Then I wait some time and press any button and something that seems to be a progress bar appears and the match is started.

2) When the game begins, part of the Real Mardid kits look red and the numbers on back and shorts are not shown.

3) When the game ends, I am conducted to the red screen once again and then the only way to get out of it is pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and killing the FIFA process.

If anyone experience these problems or have any kind of clue of what should I do, please post a message.

One more thing, the problems are the same either if I am using Leo's INI expander patch or not.

I download the lastest driver of my video card (NVidia RIVA TNT 2 Model 64), i have the lastest DirectX 8.1 AN THE GAME RUN WITH RAINBOW COLORS...

WTH CAN I DO TO SOLVE THIS...????

i have the same grafix card as u ... so i am in the same boat i guess.

in the readme it says something about the version of xp detonator drivers, try looking on the nvidia website for detonator drivers.

Isac Costa: you;d need to supply some system specs .. and steer well clear of onboard video ... its trouble.

i have all the latest drivers for my geforce 4 4200 and new drivers for direct x 8.1 or what ever its called but when i double click fifa 2003 demo this shows up
