FIFA 2004 Demo this week!

Has there ever been so much excitement in the Fifa Community in waiting for a Demo to be released ?

I cant remember the excitement being as big as this for 2003 can you ?

Also from what ive seen of all the Videos the game really does look a real contender in toppling PES off its pedestal and with Konami officialy saying that PES 3 will have NO ONLINE PLAY I really think EA have done their homework with 04 and are very keen to get my hands on the Demo to see if all my dreams are a reality.

I still find it hard to say if Fifa 2004 will be superb! I'am convinced they made a big leap forward in the gameplay. But just watching the movies doesn't give me a good overall view on the game. They are just short glimps!

So i think it's TIME FOR THE FREEKIN DEMO!!! I want to play the game myself!

Isn't it funny how a bunch of people can get this excited and even angry about a demo of a game that will ultimately prove to be nothing as special as anticipated.

I think many people cannot wait to see how many bugs are in this version...

Hmm let's see, I bet some of us can't wait to see if the keeper can kick harder than he can punch, the defence is controlled totally by the human player, and the ball physics aren't as aerodynamic as a shoebox (sorry I was getting a little carried away )

I haven't been looking forward to the demo at all... FIFA 2003 automatically made my mind up.

When the demo comes out I'll download it yeah but I'm not "fizzing at the bunghole" in anticipation of the demo like some people on here *cough* H-word *cough*...

given that we've only seen movies of 2004, but we know the result of the FIFA 2003 game, has anyone watched an old movie of 2003 and compared it to the new movies of 2004?

it might be interesting to see the difference between what the movies promised and what the game was finally like.

The PC demo for FIFA Football 2004 is currently being tested by our second stage test department.

This phase of testing is due to conclude this week, although there are no guarantees that this will be the case.

Should all testing go to plan, the demo should be released at the end of the week (Friday).

If there is a problem found during testing, or a delay for any reason then this date will not be made.

I give no guarantee that the demo will be available this week, but if all goes to plan it should be.

Nobody can deny that this FIFA version is causing a big, biiiig riot in both worlds...FIFA'a and WE's...okay, maybe this year SOME here are calm as lake, if compared with last year, but never, never, a FIFA version shook both worlds like that...WE's and FIFA's...both WE's and FIFA's fans are waiting on a watch at this game...EA's 'ultimate' card...and I guess the feeling u get from the videos is so much better than in the previous versions...everything seemed so commercially fake...the web site, slogan, the whole publicity on it...if EA is doing it again this year, well, then, they're the masters of merchandising...

now, compare the publicity...the self-speaking publicity (and I mean getting 'wow' for the videos, a thing that everyone here, including WE fans in others forums I visited did) on FIFA's images and that damn, bloody, pukeable history about 'the 12th player' in 2003....c'mon!! they made R. Carlos look dumber than he is...and hey, don't forget it, I'm brazilian, so, I know what am I talking about!!!!!!!!!

lets hope everthing goes at plan.
i think last year the demo came earlyer, and the testing team found a bug and delay the date.

fifa2003 created a great expectation to me... i was excited with it and i thought it was excelent

bad!! it disappointed me!!

this year i have 0 expectation...

if fifa04 will be a good game... better! if not... its not important cuz we have PES3...

SIMPLE!! but i think it will be the same sh][t like past years... the first impact will be good, as always, then it is an horror... a bad bad game
