i guess ppl here criticize fifa2004 not becoz they hate it, it's becoz they love it! i've been a supportor of fifa series since 96 and i would like to say this year easports had done a great job, ppl are looking forward to it. But to be honest, after trying the demo, i think most ppl can find some major problem of the game, such as "too easy to goal from long range", " computer attact doesnt have many style". i know im not playing in real but even 96/98 the computer AI is much better than this. i hope it's only becoz of demo, but still, no one can stand out and say it would be differernt in the full version. if this 2 problems can be fixed i think the game will rock for sure.

Maybe a TRUE Copa Libertadoers license next year with all the real teams, the full Mexican and Argentenian leagues as well as five Latin American Stadiums (Instead of 5 Generic) should get the job done! Do us justice EA! You can't go wrong with incorporations like these. That Nike License wouldn't hurt either.

I - as many of you - havn't played the game in full yet , so we're not idealy placed to judge EA's latest efforts yet.
But from how it looks so far my main problems are:
+Lack of big International teams(Holland, Wales etc..)
+No Creation Centre for consoles
+No Nike lisence(understandable - as Nike are F******g greedy sh*ts and they probly charged billions!)
Other than these, I see no other obvious 'mistakes.'

Not having a Nike license affects the credibility of a soccer game. EA's goal is to recreate an immersive simulation of what would be an authentic soccer experience. Not having a key contributor to the soccer world, such as NIKE, would make the game feel fake and lacking truth, therefore affecting the game as whole and ultimately the EA's image.

like dymamic weather and after they didnt even try to put normal rain .

- the pitch is tight on width
- shooting is good in the game but in the replays some shoots seems ugly
- the power of the button C ... if you push the button C consecutivly . you can go before the goal and you can score easily
- all of the players movement's (run , shoot etc...) like Del Piero's
- the skins are without-success
they are the demo's opinion ... we must wait the full game for full opinion ...
