#1 - I was not directing at anyone,

#2 - No, but it sounds like a simulation game. I've played quite alot... The Sims.. Total War series.. (insert name) Tycoon... yeah they have lots of bells and whistles but I give it a week before I am sick to hell of it. I also played Madden 2004 at my friend's, it was fun as hell, I heard some people whining why EA didn't make FIFA as good..... oh well I'm a footballer.

FIFA 2004 is a game, just like PES 3. I'm sorry to have to break this to all of you doubters but... FIFA 2004 is a very enjoyable game. If I want 'real', I'll play a few games with some friends- on a football pitch! However, FIFA 2004 is a very realistic game in my opinion. I play football, I should know.

I've already said on here how much I enjoy playing FIFA 2004, so I won't labour the point further. Why do you PES fanboys always try to brainwash people? Are you insecure??

Yeah I'm gonna try PES3 too. It's why I boght my gamepad, I figure if I get bored with 2004 I can borrow PES from my friend. I heard the graphics are better, more cartoony, crazier moves (japstyle), tougher keepers.....

I agree. I play Championshi manager more than Fifa 2004 but Fifa 2004 is not worth all the time cause it is so boring after winning the league and CL but if you play online it´s fun but I have fun with Championship manager so I haven´t got the need to start playing online yet

To tell z truth, i was really hyped up for this game......but it didn't live up to its hype.
-I expected gameplay to be better, i have to do the same plays every time im on attack, defense AI is godly...too hard to beat them, scoring is alot tougher, speed has absoutely no affect (i remember i was trying to catch up to a player from Englands third division team with Nesta, i got burned BADLY, and it happened too many times to count, same on offense!) NOT what i expected, still ok, but needs improvement GAMEPLAY 7/10
-Graphics and cutscenes r amazing, as always GRAPHICS 9.5/10
-Sound is the best from any other FIFA, sound track is beautiful! SOUND 9/10
-Lastablity wont be long at all! Yeah we have Career mode but stupid things happen like Man U being 10th in England, or having two teams from ur league in the ur same table in the CL Things like that that tick u off. Also, same story for every game u play, dont get me wrong, ill still play it alot, but not as much as it was supposed to offer eveyone. LASTABILITY 7/10

Overall, it is a good game but should have been alot better, gets very frustrating at times but then can kick ass at times, but most of the time is frustrating. I will always buy FIFA since PES or Winning Eleven is so rare in the US, but i really beleive that EA need to focus harder and test more and more before releasing a FIFA game.
OVERALL 8/10

It seems that when EA does include something in the game, they also remove something of it. Thinking about the league's and options you got in Fifa 1999 (example). There all disapeared now. Fifa 2003 we does not have Traning mode, now we have.. ok great. But this year a whole lot of play YOUR WAY options are gone. In Fifa 1999 we got a short corner.

i dont get some people; who cares if some people like fifa 2004 more than PES or viceversa; i for one also think fifa 2004 is the best game out there right now (and i have played alot of soccer games in my time) ; because fifa 2004 has more things to offer and plays really cool (finally) and konami is to arcade looking game and i havent seen anything in the gameplay that i havent seen before in konamis soccer games an get bored very soon; but not for that reason iam going to start dissing konami;so come on people ist about having options.

I think is one of the worst football games i ever played (it's football, not soccer hehe). The majority of my friends here in Brazil didn't like either, mostly because of the crap dribbling. Yeah, graphics are ok, but i want gameplay! I can win but with no fun at all. So, i'm just playing to finish the game and never play it again. Period.

I agree that FIFA seems like an incomplete game, the fact that they left out Save Replays and Controller Settings is a dead giveaway. By the way I remember FIFA 2003 they talked A LOT about "QA". But this year I heard nothing about QA. QA stands for Quality Assurance, ie thousands of beta testers play it before it gets released. I don't think it was tested at all, or maybe it was tested by people on crack or retards.

Anyways, I disagree about Man.U being 10th a stupid thing. Look at Liverpool, they are 8th or 9th. Look at who's on 4th?? CHARLTON ATHLETIC. Crazy things can happen.

I really thought Halo sucked, especially when you Compare it to other FPS games such as Battlefield 1942. To me, in Halo, it seemed like there were only 2 or 3 different types of enemies, which is quite monotonous. Also, there weren't enough weapons.

COD and max payne 2 are the best ones this year
