Fifa 2006 CEP - Career Expansion Patch

Sorry guys today seems like I'm not able to up the right file; incredible to say but I rared and upped the wrong database files: the problems come from the fifa.db file, not the language ones: try this (overwriting fifa.db) and let me know. I hope to have more calm tomorrow to study the eng.db files looking for eventual errors.

Well, I've noticed it in all the teams from Donovan's ISP patch except for Ukraine for some reason. Also two teams from Colombia (Union Magdalena and Real Cartagina). And Fiorentina in Seria A.

Those are the ones I've noticed.

But seems like you have not downloaded the fix I put (post number 80), anyway I noticed some problems still with Haiti, Honduras, Ecuador, Ghana and Ivory Coast and I fixed them (simply lacking of some numbers :D )

erm...it's still the same problem. I've even tried reinstalling the patch, then adding this fix, but still all ISP teams (except ukraine) are empty.

With which language are you playing? Did you installed other patches together with CEP? Now the game works fine: I suspect maybe you have downloaded the wrong files: try redownloading patch and fix. I'm repacking and reupping the files anyway to be sure they are correct ones, but I tried the 0.7 version with patch with a fresh reinstalled game and all works fine. Anyone more having these problems with national teams?

Exra, I've recontrolled and I'm sure you have the bugs of the wrong upped 0.7 version. To be sure that all users have the right version I re-upped the complete fixed 0.7c version on the site, more mb to download but so I'll be sure you all have the right CEP version without bugs.

Hurrah! it's working again. I have a question though.

Why were a number of international teams removed from the world league (tunisia and poland can't be played in a friendly, only in World Cup)?

Thanks for the segnalation Ezra, I upped a little fix for the patch containing fixed fifa.db on my site, just overwrite over patch installation: missing national teams re-added. Thanks again for bugs fixing.

first, i want to say that you're patch its great!
you know why the names of all the created teams are hidden?
and why you deleted the classic XI and world XI from the world league? can you bring back those teams?

Download the fifa.db fix from the homepae. I can bring back classic XI and world XI in next fix version ;)

me again, i was modifying the structure of copa libertadores and copa sudamericana to adjust them to the real schedule, and i added a competition named "interliga" that qualifies mexican teams to copa libertadores, all with tournament master, but when i start a career after the first match, the game freezes when its loading transferences, any solution for this?

Of course if you previously modified your fifa.db and languages files (things that modify tournament) the game structure changes so it's easy that the game can crash. Actually mexican teams qualify for libertadores and sudamerican depending on clausura classification, what in next version I want add, as in reality, a single mexican tournament available in career to qualify mexican teams into continental competitions. If you can help me understanding exactly how libertadores, sudamerican and mexican teams qualification work I can implement it in the CEP ;)

(help for mexican teams in general is very welcome, you can use this thread or the CEP forum on my website: I speak spanish fluently)

I found several problems in Serie B and C and I have to restore my Fifa backup because career is not working this way

- Genoa appears twice : id's 110556 in Serie B, id 130205 in Serie C1/A

- Salernitana appears twice : id's 110373 in Serie B, id 130204 in Serie C1/B

- Vicenza and Catanzaro are not in the database at all, they should replace both teams mentioned before in Serie B (please keep the original EA id's for Genoa and Salernitana since they have existing kits and logo's ingame already to save space and delete the two others)

Something else I noticed, but this is inherrent to the creation centre 06, is that when I open the database inside cc06 now, it will not show the logos, kits and other graphics for the added teams, the cc06 seems limited to the original 30 zdatas, and I already have 36.

Of course the doubled teams also appear in both championships in tournament and career mode as Fifa06 considers them different teams (table_team_lookup , table_rtsg, ect)

what do you see in CC , related to the new z-datas that you created ?
Do you just see the rosters ? or nothing at all ...

Just the rosters, and the team names appear when I completed my brp.db with added teams, but no graphics whatsoever

Sorry Billy but the problems you encountered derive from Creation Center (VEEERY buggy, believe me): if you downloaded the last version and the fifa.db fix from my site, and if you navigate your database with Access (after UniDB exportation) you will see that there is no duplicate, that old Salernitana, Genoa and Perugia are replaced by Catanzaro, Pescara and Vicenza. What I can suggest (but maybe you disagree :D) is do not use Creation Center together with my CEP ;)
