Usually faces crash can be resolved by adding a simhair file with the player id in the simplecloth folder and regenerating (I ve solved all my crash that way, no need to do the have hd face thing).
@Alegria shared one from Messi few weeks ago. Have a search then rename the id accordingly and do what I mentioned above.

Am I missing something? In the conversion guide, is not specified how to export head from FIFA 21. Is there a specific software and a specific file format in which I need to export FIFA 21 face files?
