it is THE league man.here's a preview,
1.updated European Leagues,Champions' League,UEFA Cup
2.Added FA cup
3.Added a new league-LOS GALAKTIKOS-its like the fifa2004 world league that socceraccess.com is currently making.it contains EPL Stars,Spanish Stars,Italian,German,Other Sports XI,Sir ALex ferguson's dream team,All Asia,Africa,All World ,All Europe,Scottish All Stars,World Cup XI,Legends,Manangers FC
its basically like the best 25 players in each league.EX.in the EPL stars team,van Nistelrooy and Henry will play alongside each other and in the Spanish All Stars,Ronaldinho and Ronaldo..the list goes on
4.Updated Euro 2004 to the teams for next years' tournament
5.And best of all,i've changed the names of players to their full nmaes.take for example the Real Madrid team.i've renamed palin old names like Minambres to Oscar Miñambres and stuff like that.i've managed to do this to the ENTIRE English Premier League plus all the best teams in Euroe

HMM VERY NICE.66% guys voted they want the patch and i think horatiu there wants a demo.well,i'm gonna wait for steven to upload thae demo plus some other files i sent him and then some more votes hopefully i will send it to him

the demo of sams patch, is only the start of it, and there will also be a blast from the pass to celebrate over 5 years serving the fifa 99 fans of soccergaming

true, I had completely forgot about that.

lets just say that I have enjoyed every minute of reading through the mnay e-mails which I have received, the onlt thing that I could ask, is that we get mor patch makers working on this great game. We have 2 or 3 regular patchers, who I would not replace for the world, but we need more people to put together the odd file now and again. If you have ever made any patches for any fifa game, then you will find fifa99 very easy to edit, give it a go.

myself, (and I'm sure the other patch makers) wouls be vert happy to help with any problems that you may have. We all have our own specialities
