CTD when i start new career with Latvia.

if you try to start it in manager mode, than yes, you will crash, but if you create new tournament, it should be fine: few unexplained CTD-s with teams from different area, but as the time goes on, it becomes more rare

I start in player mode.

where is the fix for algeria team crash ?

I solved it by cutting 7 players. Why a team cannot have more than 39 players on the roster

Could somebody please explain to me what I'm doing wrong.

1) I downloaded the patch
2) I go to setup and select "CProgram Files (x86)\FIFA 12\Game\Data" folder
3) I wait to finish and to regenerator.

Nothing happens, no new national teams in game.

make sure you install it in right folder my one is in origin so like this : CProgram Files (x86)\Origin Games\FIFA 12 etc

and try to create new profile

ive decided to move onto another patch that is more of something id rather have that by far surpasses international football to me.

what is your issue ?

you have bugs in the db & sometimes the game crashes, that you can fix, you know how.

what else you trying to do ?

thx I do this patch free of charge sorry to hear u have problem but out 10000 people who download my patch 90% of them are happy with my patch and right now playing it with no problem, it is very clear there isn't any patch right now without any problem and I believe this is due to limitation of software when I finished my patch I had CM beta 4 and on that time CM had a lot of issue and bugs
