IT happened to me too. This is because for a lot of people you cannot add faces to people who did not have it previously.
THe best way is find a player that does and change his name. etc.

You can add faces for those who did not have them before using the id technique....
But the 2GF faces will cause a crash on most computers....
I have tons of faces for players who didn't before, but not installing into the zdata04 directly, rather I put them in the root directory and assign the number in CC2004....and they work fine...
