sometimes you could be a little less rude, couldn't you? I think as a moderator you shouldn't insult forum users, it does not matter how they behave. Doesn't make you better when you always offend those who create threats at the wrong place or two threats for one topic or blablabla. It's just a forum, and you are not a goddamn god.
Edit: I do not want to question your position here or that you do right to warn people who break the rules, but pls do it in a more polite way. Also if you are annoyed that it happens all the day a million times. That's what a forum is about and no one forced you to do this job.

im getting tired of rules being thrown out the window, we have a structure here it gets followed or you get blasted.

i was chosen for this position because of the way i am & the way i do things, admins said this section of sg needed a heavy hand to lay down the law & thats what i am doing.

Mate, if RC didn't do his job or any other moderator, this forum would be a real mess. I have seen many threads started in the wrong area. I understand how he feels. He is not being offensive, but he wants people to start threads in the right forum.

theorically yes, but those are generic textures based on team manager's attributes, so changing one manager texture means changing 15 other team's managers; this is the reason why i didn't implement this function

I fully agree with you =) I just talk about the way. I respect that he does this job, because there is someone needed to do it. But sometimes it comes very rude, and if you are a threat maker or a poster and you just make a mistake one time and you get insulted because so many others do mistakes, don't you think: man, chill down, if I get this treating here I will search another forum.
