[FIFA CZ release] Flags and Banners Tutorial

Last week, when we have released our FIFA 2003 kits making tutorial, I have promised to write and release FIFA 2003 flags and banners making tutorial. I have worked hard last weekend to finish it, and I did it last night. After reading this tutorial, you will be able to create and install perfect flags and banners for FIFA 2003.

I have corrected a few details, everything should be OK now.

The adboards tutotial is ready and will be online tomorrow.

unfortunatelly not. currently I plan to release these tutorials

adboards (tomorrow morning)
team logos, kit preview pictures (next week)
chants (later)
rosters (even later)

I have never tried to make a face for FIFA, so I cannot write any tutorial how to do it.

Do you know if editing this part of the game will mess online gaming up???

I don't think so. You only need to change the graphics, there are no changes in the databases necessary.

wow mate, great stuff. I already new how to edit flags, but its nice to see it being explained in simple, easy to follow terms to other people so they can become part of the editing community . If your tutorial for kit preview pictures is half as good, I'll be extremely impressed. Well done.
