fifa.db adding players

what number goes in the preferred position field of the fifa.db. I am adding a centre back.

There is a post here somewhere giving advice when creating a new team and adding new players but I cant find it.

Any help would be great guys...

Can anyone tell me where the thread is about creating teams and players in the fifa.db. It gives a detailed explanation of what the different fields mean. I have looked but cant find it.

0 is keepers.

All the way up to 31 for strikers.

32 is bench

33 is not dressed.

6 or 7 is CB I think.

if my memory serves me right (i might be wrong tho, since it's been a long while), the positions go as follows:

gk
sw
rwb
rb
rcb
cb
lcb
lb

etc

so that would make cb=5, dont quote me on this tho, I am very likely to be wrong

nope.

it's easy though.

Just use uni.db to convert the FIFA.DB to an access readable MDB file.

Then open up the MDB in access.

Go to playerwrite table and add your player.

Go to player table and add your player.

Go to teamplayerlinks and link your player to a team.

Done.
