i added many players in fifa wc 2006 game by creating a new .big file(zdata_14.big). when i start the game it plays fine but after sometime when i substitute a player ,it crashes and also crashes before i finish the game and save it . so what is the problem and my new fifa.fat size is 194kb

Have you clicked FatBH Builder (in directory DATA folder) yet ?
If not yet, let's take it !
