1. Then it should be fine for now.
2. The only team that plays short corners for me is Barca, but then again, I haven't played much.
3. My gp mods will always focus on a defensive game because that is what FIFA lacks every single year.
I assure you that you won't see mega scoring games, unless you really are that good.
4. ATM, there are still too many; instead of turns there should be more keep-up play(shielding).

AndreaPirlo21 I think you have right about goalkeepers. They positioning is too good and need to be lowered down also they react a little too fast. The low scoring matches couldnt be because of goalkeepers...low scores should be because of good or bad defending plays by defenders and this is perfect now so I dont think that if we lower goalkeeper reactions and positioning the scores will be too high. Im sure that everything will be the same but shooting from distance and overall goalkeeping will be more lifelike...we must remember that goalkeepers are only a human...in real football there is so many lovely goals from distance...if we will nail this game will be so so good.

AndreaPirlo21 another feedback from me:

Game is still the best football game ever made (on your gameplay mod of course) and after more matches I liking it more and more...so realistic gameplay man!

But there is another thing which I noticed. Its CPU AI who very often running with the ball with no idea what to do with no pass and then its very hard to take a ball from him because pressing from our team is too low...its very irritating because you cant get a ball because of low pressure and CPU making by this much higher possesion with the ball...Im ok with that but it should be making by passing the ball more, not by jogging (too long) on defensive half which is making nothing and its a little unrealistic. Players must jogging with the ball sometimes for example xavi or another midfielders but not so so much and not so so long. Do you know what I mean?

Game is amazing man Really thanks!
I will be starting my fifa carrer first time from many years. It will be something really new for me:D Really thanks and keep it up man

Your job is really impressive Andrea ! :)
Thanks!

No, thank you, mate:)

Do you suggest any sliders or settings for using with your db?

Not really, I like it on default myself. Use your favorite set.

Hi AndreaPirlo,

i'd like to test it if i can !!

Sure, I'll send it later.

Hi Andrea! Can I update everytime your db continuining the same career?
Sorry for the two question in few hours :D

You can continue it, but you might not see any difference with the new update.

Thank you Sieniek, the dribbling can be fixed by adding 10 to the passing attribute, but this in turn can cause the one-two passes in defense.

I found that setting all short passing ratings between a min of 25 and a max of 59 pretty much eliminates the dribbling issue Sieniek mentioned, and without increasing the one-two passes.

For my DB, it seems, I already have my values in the range you mentioned. I think it is more about the difference between the two attributes, not a fixed range because my db has different values for dribbling than yours.
Thanks anyway.

For some strange reason I can't upload video to YouTube, I tried 3 times and always end with "Server have not accepted the video" error. So, I upload it to Depositfiles (2 parts), download it here:

http://depositfiles.com/files/xp4sdq65g?redirect
AP, if you can try upload it to your Immersion YouTube chanel, I don't know what's the problem with mine. :swear2:

I already wrote feedback based on the video.

+
0:09 - Diaby immediately trying to foul the player who stole the ball from him. I noticed when players lose the ball in danger situation they will push and pull the opponent and make a foul just to solve the possible danger situation. This is great AI behavior.
2:29-2:47 - Great AI counter, ending with me fouling the player.

-
0:39-0:50 Diaby unnecessary running with the ball. There is ton of free space to pass the ball, or to pass with long ball, switch sides... its all clear and AI is complicating. This is problem in all matches and it happens very often.
3:07 - short corner kick and then... well I dont know what was that... xD but it was funny and well, its kinda realistic cause we see that kinda "crosses", right? When teams like Barcelona takes short pass from corner more then cross its very realistic. They don't have tall attackers in the 16m box so it's hard for them to score. But all teasm will take short pass at first place,no matter they have Crouch waiting in the box.
3:13 - players positionings after goal kicks are not as should be. I believe this is due to all formations being set too defensively. I think you don't need to have that kinda positioning, cause there is something strange happening then. You see, I can't show you that on this video very clearly, but notice that MY player who is usually chasing the ball in opponents half is midfielder (Usually Fabregas and Busquets who need to be in the midfield and doing defensive role, while Sanchez and Messi needs to chase Diaby, in this particular situation). Let me get clearer, when I play with teams that have 2 or 1 classic CF's, those CF's will be in the middle, and then I end with my midfield player being in the spitz/top and chasing the AI man who have the ball. Example. I play with Arsenal and Arteta is the man who is chasing the opponent back line, while Giroud is positioned in the middle. I mean it is good to see CF in the back helping defensively, especially when I see CF helping in my 16m-box. Players like Rooney do that often, but CF's are in the middle. I tried to change CF's defensive work rate to Low, but not with bigger success.
3:24 - Now, this is great example, Sagna starts to chase Messi but after good 2-3 seconds late, sometimes you can see that defensive players are late in following the attacker. But great clearing from Sagna at the end.

Notice that AI builds the play from their end of half, you will not often see good AI passing in my half of the pitch or at the center, they pass to much in their half. This is problem in majority of matches. It would be great if you could move that build-up-play more up to front, towards the middle. It's good to see AI can keep the ball, but take a better look and you will see that AI actually plays without particular idea, their attack is slow, but sterile. Also, Arsenal players keeps the ball too much in their legs, its not classic for Arsenal build-up-play.

The best/balanced AI build-up-play I noticed in last Regularcat's DB mod, it was fabulous. Fidels mod, on other hand have good player positioning. AP, what I wanna tell you is this; Compared to default EA's gameplay, your gameplay is heaven. Difference is huge. Your mod have enormous potential and I hope you will keep like that. Now, I would like to hear your thoughts based on that video, from a neutral perspective. ;) Offcourse, not all matches are the same, there is always different scenario.

ok firstly thanks for taking the time to do this, my thoughts:

I start Careers in League Two (England) so wanted to see what lower league football was like;
-Formations are screwed up in the screens although they appear to be OK in game for the AI.
-When the AI plays with a bank of 4-5 in midfield they dont tend to defend with those players, I've seen them just standing there letting the defence sort out my attack.
-AI hardly ever foul, in 5 games I had 3 fouls from the AI
-Theres too many mistakes from both sides (I've set Sliders to Default for both CPU and User), by that I mean Passing & First Touch...its like playing a very low non-league level instead of actual lower football league.
-AI Pressing is'nt enough from the forwards/midfield

Apologies but I did'nt have time to read the entire thread before trying (theres too many pages!) so some of the above may be known/mentioned etc.

Are there set sliders from the default ones given? as maybe tinkering those might help some issues.
Thanks

Thank you very much, Waldo. I don't have time to watch your video ATM, but I will later.
Based on what you posted as feedback:

1. I can fix the dribbling issue, although you may see more one-twos.
2. For goalkicks, Try using the in-game sliders for d-line height and length.
Pull the line back and lengthen it. The formations table will be fixed; forward will play up farther, but I don't want to get rid of the defensive purposes.
3. Build-up can be pushed up higher, but as I mentioned before, short corners are the result of a low buspassing value in the DB. This problem can only be fixed if the value is raised, which will then result with too many longballs/risky passes, uncharacteristic of a good team.

As a final note, I won't be spending as much time on modding as I used to.
Once the next semi-final update comes out, it will take a while for me to release the final.
Again, thank you for the feedback.

Download BETA 2, or wait for the upcoming update, which will fix all you said, except formations because this is how you slow down build-up.

@Waldo
It might be your slider settings because when I play, I use default, and I don't see the slow reactions problem or the one-twos.

EDIT: Do you mind testing a new one?
