AI will be fully developed after the db is done. The reason being, I can't adapt the AI to the db if it isn't finished yet.

Possibly. There is a few things from last year that have effect and a few ideas for slowing build up without a db. I haven't messed around with the ini much this editing season, at least yet. :D

Hope you can work something out. And, I managed to fix the drop kick area. Reduced GK_KICKING and some GKs drop kick with variety. They sometimes hit to the wings. For de Gea and Cech, no effect whatsoever. So, I think that the kicking area is related to their positioning, or some other attributes. Going to take a deeper look into it today.

Hey AP! I've been testing your gameplay on all the modes and was just wondering what you would do with playervalues. Are you gonna fix numbers on playervalues.ini or are you gonna cut the budget values?

Also, I tried couple career mode games and I see different style from different teams.
One thing I really like about is when I make a pressure on the defenders they tend to clear it out randomly. Ball possessions are 7:3 when playing lower league team while playing real madrid against BVB, possessions were 52:48.
I see how lower overall teams play with less vision. They don't attack with fierce passing plays instead I see more long balls.
So far I played around 20 games and everything seems good to go. I'm not that keen to find a bug spot or any fixable problems so I'll just wait for your final release!!

I agree with all feeds so far, but current gameplay have only one major flaw (plus ShortCornerKick), it's this:



You can score easily with low cross from the flank, every match... Look have there are only few players in the box, while all the others are in front 16m box. Its too easy to outplay opponent like this...

I have to slightly disagree with this.
To be honest, the physical speed seems fine, there just isn't enough of a "punishment" for sprinting the whole game. Is there any way to change how fatigue affects a player's stats? I'm assuming not, just curious.

I can decrease the stamina. It's something I left out this time because all my starters got injured in career mode after 2 games!

As fatigue increases during a game, what stats are affected by it? Just sprint speed, etc or others?
As far as I can tell while playing(on default DB ), shot power and the like stay exactly the same, which isn't very realistic and kind of removes any incentive not to sprint.

Its seems to be just the physical stats like sprint, accel, maybe even reactions.

Hopefully that will change for 14. A nice risk/reward system for sprinting would go a long way.
Anyway, I guess lowering stamina along with injury rate might help.

Seems like the developers said they would fix the spamming of sprinting, but we'll see. Stamina reduction is quite easy. Injury reduction might need editing in the career mode files.

Will Moddingway's 1.8.2 work, or do we need 1.8.0?
