With FIFA Importer you can import your all .o and all .fsh files to fifa 2005.
But those .fsh and .o must belong to fifa2005\data\zdata_xx.big files.
In this version , importing .fsh and .o files to \gui .big files are not supported.

For importing boots i have made a tool Boots Importer (in fifa 2005 forum thread you have a link) with it you can do this:

Load your Boot .bmp
and then yust select witch ea boot to replace
and its imported.
I dont now if you can import new boots , new .fsh files of boots.
FIFA Importer will not crash !! Its tested
