Fifa on the 360 has changed Soccer Gaming Forever...

If you have a Hi Def TV - Widescreen 32inch or above and you play FIFA WC - your Soccergaming will never be the same ...why? b/c it's Next Gen - the first true Sports switch over...FIFA hit it on the head here - the Pitch is enormous - like real football...the grass is PERFECT...the ball physics are the best I've seen...just a fantastic play - and they took the best parts of WE/PES and incorporated them and they left the sh!t out and believe me -there's a ton of sh!t on PES...I've played since its inception....the series will only get better - I CANNOT wait for FIFA07 on the 360 ...you need it now....forget about the PC or PS2 etc...this is where it's at ...You play FIFA on 360 Dynamic Camera View...and you'll be able to play another game.....that's how good it is...
I put PES in for a good before and to hear that tin can they have banging and to see no crowd was just fekn laughable...FIFA is SO FAR advanced than Konami that it's not even a conversation anymore.

Although I'd be damned to play FIFA on a 360 and I don't doubt any of your claims above, I smell a flaming fanboy war starting around here (not from you RicFlair). It's better if we were all absolute when we judged FIFA and not compared it to Pro Evolution Soccer to avoid such things from happening.

I play it on a 42" HD panel, and yes it does look good, but thats as far as it goes i'm afraid, gameplay still below average, and online play through live, is very poor , this is my first fifa purchase since 2003, it's enjoyable, but i still go back to playing PES5 in glorious 4.3 on my 42" widescreen panel

Bought the 360 and Fifa World Cup yesterday. It looks really good and the atmosphere is great! But the gameplay is still not good.

And I also think the squads are a little poor for some teams. Fabregas ain't even in the game. Gilardino has a special face in the picture next to his name when you pick yor starting 11, but he does not have one in game?!

i jus got it 2day for the 360, and i'm loving it, i was a bit dissapointed with rtwc06 but this is what i expected rtwc to be like, its a nice mix between fifa and pro, dunno if ones batently better than the other cos theres pros and cons of both but i can say i havn't touched pro since i've had a 360! play em both! make your own minds up, fifa's not for everyone and nor is pro, but theyre both gud solid games now.

The Gameplay is the best it's ever been on FIFA...if you can't admit that you're PES clown...
I played PES for years but after the slop of WE9 - I dropped it like a bad habit...Play FIFA WC on Worlc Class of Perfect level and it takes a lot to break the defenses down I mean a lot...and you will pay dearly for overloadin thr box with an odd man rush going the other way - also you will laughed at with long range PES like blasts....you really need to get creative...

Game is fekn Aces....light years ahead of Konami - light years.

I think the game plays way too fast. I changed the game-speed to "slow" but it's still too fast. And the ball moves like a missile or something.

As I wrote before, the graphics and the atmosphere is great, but the gameplay is still poor. The players move like robots.

Maybe I just need to give it some more time...but I reckon the game will still play too fast no matter how many hours I play.

I've always been a Konami fan but I've impressed with this game too. This is easily the best EA Sports football game ever. (Ok, Fifa98:rtwc was great back in it's day, but c'mon...)

It has it's flaws ofcourse, and there's an obvious PES/WE influence here (even the controls, hehe) but overall I think it's definitely a fun gaming experience. I have to admit, EA surprised me...

Konami really need to take a cue from EA as far as the graphics go, PES still looks like it did a couple of years ago (but sharper) EA FIFA games look more lifelike in terms of player construction and surroundings. PES still looks somewhat cartoon like (that's the best way I can put it) I hope Konami uses the next gen machines to construct graphics to rival FIFA - Then it will have the graphics it's gameplay deserves.

Went to a store today and tried a demonstration copy of it on the 360, it looks awsome and the atmosphere is superb. I don't mind the gameplay, but obviously it's not quite up to pes standard, but still it was very impressive.

Hopefully fifa 07 is released with the same or better graphics, but on PC.

Don't worry, WE 10 Xbox 360 version will be presented at E3 in May, so we'll see what they have done to the graphics and gameplay/physics

I play football and i agree with you. But PES also has its flaws (side-step for example ) EA said that they changed the shooting system, but i dont see any difference. Its easy and the goalies get every ball.

However, the game rocks. Has many bugs, things to get better but it's the most fun I ever had on a Fifa game period.
