FIFA World Faces

It seems to me that FIFA WORLD gives us big hint how FIFA 15 faces will looks like. For only two games played I noticed new "PES like" face animations like veins and crinkles. Iker Casillas may have a new face. It's also impossible to open faces in File master or Blender. It highly possible that FIFA 14 faces woudn't be compatible with new game.

Yes, you are right, now it's comfirmed. I post this here because there are some big projects still in progress and now it seems a little bit useless.

What so textures and head models will all change, again, I thought they would keep em the same always for two years, like fifa 12 and 13...

Have a look at this article, if this is true, then since the faces from the next gen are the same and the Fifa World Cup faces too, textures and head models might not have to change, they might just add animations to them

yeah i've tried importing faces too. they work from long distance, as soon as it's a replay the game crashes. but the kits work. i'll be trying to get the faces to work too today. i'll post my results here

The only difference could be the animations, so I guess it could be possible just convert faces from FIFA 14 to 15. I don't know how faces wrom WC game were extracted. Do they needed any tool or it works fine?

For me they worked fine, Didn't really try the replay thing kris is on about...

For example, Pogba doesn't crash for me, I use EA's one from the World Cup game, here's hoping they won't change it all up

So it mayth be possible just make new e/i tool for blender and some updates on CM 14, File master etc. and it could work? Because that would be awesome.

Do you mean you imported the wc face into fifa world? If so, it would work anyway, because the format of Pogba's face is pretty close to the fifa world structure. I'm talking about the custom faces we make. I don't know if we can add faces to generic face players yet, because the faces are not stored in the big files. I'll have a look in a few hours

No, I meant I added the Converted World Cup faces into my Fifa 14 game without any problems...aren't they the Next Gen faces? and if so, they have the same textures and head models it seems to me, that may be a good sign

Nah, those are fine. Those aren't like the new files in fifa world. The texture structure and head/hair structure are the same. It's just the animation. In addition to that, the rx3 files are kinda different

ohhhh, ok I didn't see this thread was called Fifa WORLD, he mis-spelt it, so it looked like Fifa word!, as in news or word on the street...

Yeah I have no idea what I'm on about then, I hope the rx3 files will work with Blender, i'm praying :l

ah, i see. the rx3's won't work in blender with the current tools, but should work with the modified versions i expect to be made for fifa 15. i tried importing some of the wc files in blender with v0.63, import works well, but export doesn't work for any of the files that i've tried.

faces work. managed to import my ramsey into fifa world. still haven't figured out how to add faces for players with generic ones
