I haven't tried it yet with cm, but I guess you can take the files (rx3s) and import them with cm.

4th - now you select the texture file ^^
5th - edit - active .big files into folder
6th - "exportfiletogamepath" icon

now if you go inside FIFA11/game/data folder you'll find sceneassets/ball/ball_112_textures.rx3 !!!!!!!

7th - select texture file of darkxxx ball and RENAME IT TO ball_112_textures.rx3, paste in FIFA11/game/data/sceneassets/ball/ and substitute for the older one :)
8th - return to textures editor and open.rx3, and select the ball_112_textures.rx3 that you have pasted
