FIFA12 Cyberface converter is not working anymore

Hey guys,last week i recovered my laptop - but i have a big problem!
The face converter does not work anymore - i have got both slimdx version and net framework version but nothing id doing the right way.Can someone help?
As the modding people know, we will need it for 14 too so please make suggestions how i can solve my problem :)
