Well yeah, you can't import textures on generic faces. Use this little trick, export his generic head model, then untick has generic face, import the head model you exported and you will be able to import the texture ;)

how didn't say, after export the 3dmodel of head, remove generic, after import in cm i don't see the face, maybe if u add me on skype or msn u could help me pls xD tell me ;)
