go to fifa12 mods section...there u will find the mod download and follow the instructions to install it.first u have to import faces by cm12 beta6 save it as u always do.then just open player.lua as notepad and top of it there is a line 'put custom assignments here' where u have to write it exactly as i say

assignPlayerFace(player id)

so if you want to assign neymar with id 198765(its just an illlustration its not the real one u can find the id from cm12)face simply put

assignPlayerface(198765)

and just simply save and exit.so even if u install a new face after starting ur career mode u can have the face in game.as u dont use to have earlier...go and find the tool its as useful as cm12 or may be u can say its an answer to incomplete cm12 work.
