Awesome face. I don't know how can u make that brilliant faces. Can you make a video tutorial, I'm really really curious, and I think everyone needs a good tutorial.

I do not think you need to do anything special to come out beautiful faces. Just do everything in order. And have a good eye 
I think this is so:
- Find a good pictures showing the player's head from different perspectives (front, side, angle)
- When we begin to edit the model (eg in the blender), we begin to determine the general proportions of the head from all sides
- Then we correct positions of different parts of the head (nose, mouth eyes, ears), in all of these operations and these of the previous point we compared the model with photographs
- Then make a little corrections (nostrils and tip of nose, corners of the mouth and eyes, lips and so on)

but to even perfect it take another picture of his and update your face model accordingly. I think he has a slightly long and skinny face.
also please don't use generic hair models because it takes away the natural aspects from your faces. For eg. I used ben arfa hair for your arbeloa and it fits very well.
