So you can't run this tool. You have to install FIFA.
Registry-Fix:
I made a picture for you, that should descripe the process very easy:
Type in Windows-Start-Menu: regedit.
You will see 1 tool regedit.exe -> start it.
Now go to this directory:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Sports\FIFA 13\
Rightclick in the right field and select new -> String Value
Type the following name: Install Dir
The value is your FIFA path.
Here you can see a screenshot:
For other languages compatibility edit my file (check info into ini file).
Unfortunately still remains profile loading screen.
This is the maximum you can get, with the profile loading/select.
Compatible with online gaming, old careers and profiles.
Tested on the original game.

INSTALLATION
Backup FIFA 13\Game\data\movies folder and if you use backup user.ini.
Run setup file, select your default game language and install on FIFA13 MAIN FOLDER (\EA Sports\FIFA 13 or \Origin Games\FIFA 13)
UNINSTALL
Uninstall patch from control panel.
Restore original files from backup to Game folder.

Fidel Gameplay i have problem with micro-stuttering..
Your patches didn't solved my problem and i don't know what is the problem..
In practice 11 vs 11 the game run very good without problems..
I tried low settings.lua, i tried disabled crowd but i have the same problem with micro-stuttering...
low-medium-high settings with or without AA it's the same...
Could you find the graphic settings on practice mode 11 vs 11?
(when you are in practice or arena press select buttom and choose practice match 11 vs 11)
I have Intel 2 Duo cpu i tried your platform.ini but the game still use 85-95% of cpu..
Did you try D3DOverrider?
Nvidia or ATI card?
Decrease commentary volume and voices from game menù! Try with values around 5 or 6 (if you don't hear commentary with this settings decrease all the others, anyway the commentary are recorded with high volume and high reverb (bug from EA) and is good for everyone to decrease volume commentary.
Hi, Thanks for your great job. Sorry for asking question here in this topic.I am a fifa lover and plying it from 2004. As you know in fifa 13 we have new feature called "match day" and needs internet. I live in a country that it is impossible to buy this game originaly, so we have to use crack version and with this version we can not connect to internet and use "match day" feature. I want you and soccergaming forum to do a favour for us and find a way that we can use this wonderful feature in our country. I have some idea about that. One of them is sharing the information of this section between someone who have a original game with us beacause i think this information saves somewhere in the game folder and if someone uploud this file or files every week like other mods and patchs, we downloaded and use it . As you know in previous versions(fifa 12,fifa 11) we have ROSTER UPDATE that we downloaded from internet and put on the game folder. If you and your forum do same work for "match day" we can enjoy from best and main section of fifa 13 .AGAIN AND AGAIN THANKS . I am waiting for your comment.

After having said that: I can give you (or for editors) the tips to create this Match Day Implementation to fifa game without internet connection. Download from my skydrive shared folder all tables extracted from Match Day Rosters Update 13.10.2012.
Edit and adapt (use excel) all tables like original tables (for some tables you have to change and adapt columns order).
Import into a database (use rinaldo db master) and install into the game.

How I've discovered today?
I'm working on GP EVO GAMEPLAY DATABASE and is amost ready (soon all news and beta test)!
How to convert database patch into EA roster file (use the game!).
Please read now here this tutorial:
Instal and enable modded database into the game files
start the game, at game start, load profile, when pop out the message damaged rosters, click cancel (don't delete actual rosters)
go to rosters or players and check if the new database is active (check difference, etc)
now go to options, save rosters, put name (I've renamed GP EVO DATABASE) and save.
Now the game has converted the new modded database into a saved roster file into profile folder. This is the key!
Exit from game.
Delete new modded database folder. Regenerate data0.bh.
Start game. Game start with original dabasase (physical in data0.big).
Now game load automatically new modded database from saved file (fifa13 profile folder).
Now you have the possibility to load old careers/tournaments and these work.
Now you have the possibility to start a new career with modded db (rosters file are loaded).
Now you have the possibility to play match day (click offline - Y) with modded db.
Now you have the possibility to play an online match (fifa update automatically rosters)
In this way you can have all the databases you want into the game, when you need just load from game menù.
Install a new database into the game only the first time, start game, save rosters file, put name (the name of the database or modder), close game, uninstall modded db, start game, load the rosters file you want and play the game in full complete freedom.

For play match day with modded db (modded rosters file loaded) remember to disable online - press Y.

-when i attack ..nobody helping me and coming with me front to give him good pass
to score..they r just walking and waiting for sandwitch hhhhh
-they know what im gonna do next as useual..
-they just always play looooong pass to attacker and score !!!
-GK seems little stupid
