I will make the necessary changes if required (for DB & AI).
Anyway I suggest to start a new career for test/try this gameplay mod, play some matches.
If you want, wait for updates. Unfortunately, every time you update the db, you must start a new career (this does not apply for the AI only updates).
This DB & AI mod version is ready and stable and you are able to start your new career with favorited team.

- Edited all Teams table custom tactics
- Edited all Players table attributes
- Edited almost all Referees table (real names, attributes)
- Added Alessandro Del Piero to Sydney FC -(Australian league club)- ready to use in offline mode
- Fixed the young talent Paul Pogba height, weight, traits, shoes (purchase it on career mode if you don't play with juve)
- Balls and special kits unlocking (101 balls available, and many more special teams kits available)
- All values/attributes was edited with some statistic algorithms, both teams and players attributes was edited in order to always have different values.
Many of these attributes (players and teams) have been reduced in order to have real world soccer effect (-50% for more attributes).
Increased referees cards and fouls stricness, for best leagues added real referees names.

- Simulation Settings Mod (download through Updates Tool button) - no injuries and no cards during a match simulation (patch created for play targeted matches for gp evo db & ai beta testing on career mode - download and check relative folder for more info/tips - only manual installation).
IMPORTANT TIPS:
For check if GP EVO is correctly installed and working you must see the Adidas ball red and black in the arena.
For check if the new DB is correctly installed and working check teams and players, or check real referees names, or check new balls.
Difficulty level suggested for max experience: World Class (or Legendary) - Slow speed - Customize your sliders
Use your favorite sliders settings, anyway I suggest to reduce Sprint Speed, Acceleration, pass speed and shoot speed both CPU/HUMAN.
For full gameplay experience:
Play the game with all settings to manual (passing, shot, cross, etc.)
Play the game with double analogic gamepad (Xbox360 or PS3 gamepad)
Play game on high skill level (wc or legendary)!
Play on Manager mode/Tounaments (Minimum 10 or 15 min half time)
Play game on slow speed (adjust to options)
This gameplay mod isn't compatible with old/started careers. NOT ONLINE COMPATIBLE - For play an online match you must restore AI (use tools included to switch Ori GP AI or GP EVO AI - Click ONLINE MODE)

INSTALLATION with DB & AI INSTALLER TOOL (suggested installation):
Run setup file, choose DB & AI TOOL (default selection) and install on FIFA13 MAIN FOLDER (\EA Sports\FIFA 13 or \Origin Games\FIFA 13)
MANUAL INSTALLATION
Run setup file, install on a favorite folder on desktop, browse files on DB AI Installer folder, paste into your Game folder.
Backup the install folder, Unistall tool.
Anyway I suggest to use tool.
Start ADVANCED GP EVO DB & AI INSTALLER TOOL from desktop shortcut!
For Windows Vista/7, start tool with admin right!
For any 64 bit system not supported, install tool, merge/copy/paste manually relative files to Game folder.

Click "BACKUP/RESTORE" button to start backup/restore management tool.

DOWNLOAD ALTERNATIVE AI - CHECK FOR UPDATES:
1) you can see a little browser on the tool window screen, browse the various GP EVO VERSIONS on different folders
(public/beta/personal or my personal used + any others special goodies)
2) choose the version you want to try, download it, copy/paste new downloaded gp evo core files to GP EVO Update Install Folder (click button to open - read info file), enable new downloaded GP EVO (click button).
Why this update method: is really useful for the user to choose favorited GP EVO version!

ONLINE MODE
Click to enable/switch to Original GP AI (Suggested for play online matches).
Database restoring isn't needed, the game update and load automatically online rosters.
Everytime when you play an online match or an online match day (fifa13 enable and load in memory online rosters):
then before you start a new career or tounament please rememeber to load
GP EVO DATABASE rosters file from game options (previously saved, read important tips below).
FHL-BH-EDITOR - REGENERATION TOOL
Click relative button to open FHL-BH-EDITOR (tool included).
Other tool options are almost intuitive.
I suggest to read visual tips when you go with mouse on any buttons/options.
IMPORTANT INFO/TIPS:
HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL/ENABLE AND CONVERT GP EVO DATABASE PATCH INTO EA ROSTER FILE + TIPS
Is good if you go offline in Origin before your first game start after mod installation.
Install and enable DB & AI mod with tool, start the game, at game start, load profile, when pop out the message damaged rosters, click cancel (don't delete your old/actual rosters)
FROM GAME OPTIONS, GO TO EDIT TEAMS, AND THEM CLICK RESTORE ALL ROSTERS/SQUADS TO DEFAULT.
Go to rosters - teams or players and check if the new database is active (check differences, check Del Piero on Sydney FC - Australian league, check new/real referees names in option before match).
NOW GO TO PROFILE OPTIONS, SAVE ROSTERS/SQUADS, PUT NAME (EXAMPLE: GP EVO DATABASE) AND THEN SAVE.
Now the game has converted the new modded database into a saved roster file into profile folder. This is the key!
If you made through the game editor some editing on the db (players or team), remember to save rosters through the menù.
IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW CAREER MODE - SELECT ACTUAL CUSTOMIZED ROSTERS/SQUADS.
IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW MATCH DAY GAME, DISABLE ONLINE FEATURE (CLICK OFFLINE - Y) - This problem is canceled if you go offline on Origin before game start).
Each time you start fifa13, the game load automatically new modded database from latest saved file (from fifa13 profile folder).
Now you have the possibility to start a new career with modded db (rosters file are loaded - check rosters befor start a new career for safety).
Now you have the possibility to play match day (click offline - Y) with modded db.
I repeat again:
If you want to play an online match (fifa update automatically rosters, then for the database there are no problems) but you must restore original gameplay (product.ini), I suggest to use GP EVO TOOL for switch to original gp or gp evo ai, and after regenerate data0.bh.
EVERYTIME WHEN YOU PLAY AN ONLINE MATCH OR AN ONLINE MATCH DAY (FIFA13 ENABLE ONLINE ROSTERS): THEN BEFORE YOU START A NEW CAREER OR TOUNAMENT PLEASE REMEMEBER TO LOAD GP EVO DATABASE ROSTERS FILE FROM GAME OPTIONS.
UNINSTALL
Open tool click RESTORE button!
Remove/uninstall patch/tool from Control Panel, if present delete data\db folder and product.ini, restart pc.
Anyway I suggest to backup the whole fifa13 profile folder on documents.

Another important suggestion for remove or solve compatibility issues with others patches installed or for solve game crash:
after installing and enabling my mods, follow one of the solutions below:
Best solution:
Regenetate game files with File Master 12 by Rinaldo (fifa12 installation required - or fifa12 registry key installation required).
Browse your FIFA 13\Game folder, click on it, from Tools menù click regenerate bh files.
Solution 1:
Start tool, click START FHL-BH-EDITOR
Select data0.bh and click to regenerate selected data bh with take care of external files...).
Anyway remember:
files already edited with FHL- BH Editor cause problems/issues with fifafs and also with i68regenerator.
Make your choice but use only one fifa13 regenerator.

- Simulation Settings Mod (download through Updates Tool button) - no injuries and no cards during a match simulation (patch created for play targeted matches for gp evo db & ai beta testing on career mode - download and check relative folder for more info/tips - only manual installation).
IMPORTANT TIPS:
For check if GP EVO is correctly installed and working you must see the Adidas ball red and black in the arena.
For check if the new DB is correctly installed and working check teams and players, or check real referees names, or check new balls.
Difficulty level suggested for max experience: World Class (or Legendary) - Slow speed - Customize your sliders
Use your favorite sliders settings, anyway I suggest to reduce Sprint Speed, Acceleration, pass speed and shoot speed both CPU/HUMAN.
For full gameplay experience:
Play the game with all settings to manual (passing, shot, cross, etc.)
Play the game with double analogic gamepad (Xbox360 or PS3 gamepad)
Play game on high skill level (wc or legendary)!
Play on Manager mode/Tounaments (Minimum 10 or 15 min half time)
Play game on slow speed (adjust to options)
This gameplay mod isn't compatible with old/started careers. NOT ONLINE COMPATIBLE - For play an online match you must restore AI (use tools included to switch Ori GP AI or GP EVO AI - Click ONLINE MODE)

Anyway I suggest to check/look at end match statistic and adjust sliders settings.

INSTALLATION with DB & AI INSTALLER TOOL (suggested installation):
Run setup file, choose DB & AI TOOL (default selection) and install on FIFA13 MAIN FOLDER (\EA Sports\FIFA 13 or \Origin Games\FIFA 13)
MANUAL INSTALLATION
Run setup file, install on a favorite folder on desktop, browse files on DB AI Installer folder, paste into your Game folder.
Backup the install folder, Unistall tool.
Anyway I suggest to use tool.
Start ADVANCED GP EVO DB & AI INSTALLER TOOL from desktop shortcut!
For Windows Vista/7, start tool with admin right!
For any 64 bit system not supported, install tool, merge/copy/paste manually relative files to Game folder.

DOWNLOAD ALTERNATIVE AI - CHECK FOR UPDATES:
1) you can see a little browser on the tool window screen, browse the various GP EVO VERSIONS on different folders
(public/beta/personal or my personal used + any others special goodies)
2) choose the version you want to try, download it, copy/paste new downloaded gp evo core files to GP EVO Update Install Folder (click button to open - read info file), enable new downloaded GP EVO (click button).
Why this update method: is really useful for the user to choose favorited GP EVO version!
For more info click INFO button on the Tool UPDATE window.
ONLINE MODE
Click to enable/switch to Original GP AI (Suggested for play online matches).
Database restoring isn't needed, the game update and load automatically online rosters.
Everytime when you play an online match or an online match day (fifa13 enable and load in memory online rosters):
then before you start a new career or tounament please rememeber to load
GP EVO DATABASE rosters file from game options (previously saved, read important tips below).
FHL-BH-EDITOR - REGENERATION TOOL
Click relative button to open FHL-BH-EDITOR (tool included).
Other tool options are almost intuitive.
I suggest to read visual tips when you go with mouse on any buttons/options.
IMPORTANT INFO/TIPS:
HOW TO PROPERLY INSTALL/ENABLE AND CONVERT GP EVO DATABASE PATCH INTO EA ROSTER FILE + TIPS
Is good if you go offline in Origin before your first game start after mod installation.
Install and enable DB & AI mod with tool, start the game, at game start, load profile, when pop out the message damaged rosters, click cancel (don't delete your old/actual rosters)
FROM GAME OPTIONS, GO TO EDIT TEAMS, AND THEM CLICK RESTORE ALL ROSTERS/SQUADS TO DEFAULT.
Go to rosters - teams or players and check if the new database is active (check differences, check Del Piero on Sydney FC - Australian league, check new/real referees names in option before match).
NOW GO TO PROFILE OPTIONS, SAVE ROSTERS/SQUADS, PUT NAME (EXAMPLE: GP EVO DATABASE) AND THEN SAVE.
Now the game has converted the new modded database into a saved roster file into profile folder. This is the key!
If you made through the game editor some editing on the db (players or team), remember to save rosters through the menù.
IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW CAREER MODE - SELECT ACTUAL CUSTOMIZED ROSTERS/SQUADS.
IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW MATCH DAY GAME, DISABLE ONLINE FEATURE (CLICK OFFLINE - Y) - This problem is canceled if you go offline on Origin before game start).
Each time you start fifa13, the game load automatically new modded database from latest saved file (from fifa13 profile folder).
Now you have the possibility to start a new career with modded db (rosters file are loaded - check rosters befor start a new career for safety).
Now you have the possibility to play match day (click offline - Y) with modded db.
I repeat again:
If you want to play an online match (fifa update automatically rosters, then for the database there are no problems) but you must restore original gameplay (product.ini), I suggest to use GP EVO TOOL for switch to original gp or gp evo ai, and after regenerate data0.bh.
EVERYTIME WHEN YOU PLAY AN ONLINE MATCH OR AN ONLINE MATCH DAY (FIFA13 ENABLE ONLINE ROSTERS): THEN BEFORE YOU START A NEW CAREER OR TOUNAMENT PLEASE REMEMEBER TO LOAD GP EVO DATABASE ROSTERS FILE FROM GAME OPTIONS.
UNINSTALL
Open tool click RESTORE button!
Remove/uninstall patch/tool from Control Panel, if present delete data\db folder and product.ini, restart pc.
Anyway I suggest to backup the whole fifa13 profile folder on documents.

Installation Tips:
Another important suggestion for remove or solve compatibility issues with others patches installed or for solve game crash:
after installing and enabling my mods, follow one of the solutions below:
Best solution:
Regenetate game files with File Master 12 by Rinaldo (fifa12 installation required - or fifa12 registry key installation required).
Browse your FIFA 13\Game folder, click on it, from Tools menù click regenerate bh files.
Solution 1:
Start tool, click START FHL-BH-EDITOR
Select data0.bh and click to regenerate selected data bh with take care of external files...).
Anyway remember:
files already edited with FHL- BH Editor cause problems/issues with fifafs and also with i68regenerator.
Make your choice but use only one fifa13 regenerator.
Solution 2:
Download Fifa13 i68 Regenerator 3.x here:

You installed the Database and AI update together.If you don want the low overall ratings.Then download AI changes only.about the black Howard Webb.I not sure man.

Respect for your work....I got a question. Don`t you cheat the game if you degrease the players stats to low when you start a virtual pro player career ? Cause your vp will be as good as the best players from the beginning and getting far better (from the stats) from year to year !?

Players seems all too good on first touch , and I haven't noticed any difference in CPU build up. It doesn't seem to me that cpu it's more aggressive. they don't tackle too much as they should and I still keep possession dribbling around with one player into the cpu half.
The pace of the game has been reduced and that's great.
Anyway, thanks for your effort. I will follow you , your mods, and people's feedbacks!

i love your job but i think that the only real problem is the value of the player in carrer mode cause now you have too money compare the player value.
For example i have choose inter and i start with 35M and messi is about 29M or ronaldo has just 80M of wage.
How can we do to fix this?

Howard Webb isn't black in-game, but still old referee mini face in menù.
In game is perfect and is very similar as face and hair (no hair!!)

You mean about db & ai or ai only? About ai no aggressive, add info about teams (your match played). The general aggression is globally reduced?
