If you play your own Roster, you need to install "FifaFX"
download here: http://www.fifaspot.com/fifafx/

Rename the home and away kits to jh*****.fsh and ja*****.fsh, then put them into Fifa2002 main folder.


If you wanna play my Roster including most possible FifaFX Features you have to install "FifaFX FEZ BUNDESLIGA SAISON_ 2002I2003"

WOW This is the best update ever for any fifa. i dont think i will play fifa 2003 again.
Just watching the cinematics and stadiums and everything made me cry with joy........,oh boy there i go again...

B4 i forget CoolNiro can u or someone else add the FA cup competition also for english league.

hi,

if you want a patch u can use to play the FA Cup, just create a new folder in FifaFX direction and name it for example "_FACup".
Copy all the files from Premier League folder into the _FACup folder.

Then start Fifa, go to creation center and create a new tourney.
Name this tourney "FACup". Same as befor, but without the "_".

Everytime you play FACup now FifaFX will automatically patch everything u need.

Hey...it's great to see you on line again...

I was beginning to think you had given up totally on FIFA 2002. Most folks have...but there are still a few old timers around.

To those of you like the previous poster...you don't necessarily need to have FIFAFX installed to use Andy's updates. I used to install them before every game I played. It really doesn't take that long...and the workmanship within these downloads is definitely worth the effort...every thing is first class.

Hey Guys

Noob here, I played Fifa 2002 ages ago and stopped when other games came along. I just started playing again recently for something different. I still suck, but I find amateur difficulty too easy, and professional difficulty too hard (too much cpu BS). I'm hoping the gameplay patch mentioned above will help. All the patches above sound very good and I have downloaded them. However I don't understand the language they are written in, and don't know how to install them. Could somebody please tell my step by step, in English, how to do it. I have Fifamania installer and EA Graph if they are required.

1. you need a full installation of Fifa 2002 and the EAsports online update (Start/programs/EASports/Fifa2002/searching for update online)

2. install FifaFX main installation(readmefile included), download for english version here:

File Area --> FifaFX

3. install FifaFX update03, download here:

4. now u can use every file from my page, just extract the zip files to your Fifa2002 mainfolder

Is Filefront working properly?

I tried d/loading your Gameplay patch several times but the d/load never starts - I just get 'connecting site'/'waiting for reply' over & over (endlessly! ).

Also, I tried d/loading the Euro 2004 patch (from the other topic) but get linked to an APOEL Nicosia Addon instead....

contain they r so big i would like to know what they contain before downloading.

hmmm...tried it out again...everything is working fine

It contains the roster, the badges, etc.pp to play the original groups of Euro 2004 in Portugal. 4 new stadiums, Braga, Bessa, Do Dragao, Da Luz.

Every Team Addon includes new home, away and keeper kit, specific crowds, the hymn, a specific goal sound, "forca" as half-time sound, the teampic in menu, flags and badges for the scoreboard.

You need to play wit FifaFX to use all the features

Is it happening to me or does it happen to everyone else when i change formations to the one in which they show arrows in the formation screen the positons of my players get messed up if i put zidane at cm he plays at lwm or or cf or something like that, atleast two of the players are always out of position,
I was playing against croatia in a game they have a formation which has arrows and i saw tht one of the defenders was playing as cf and Prso was a lb,this really messes up the gameplay.
BTW its a fantastic patch coolniro keep up the work man.
With NK's patch this games's gonna rock!!!!

clear thing...you didnt search for the EA Sports Online Patch like it is told in readme file.
Do this 1st, than everything is fine

Coolniro can u tell me where i can find this patch i have serched on google but couldnt find the right one.I had read the readme file but since the game ran well i thought the patch wasnt important .
