Fifa2003 Problem Please Help!!!!!!!!

I have 2 problems when i try to install the game the installation process freezes at 42% in full installation.In medium installation works but the game is very fast.Ihave change the settings normal-slow(game speed)but the problem not change.The game is very fast.
I have uninstall and re-install the game 3 times but nothing.
I have Win98SE.I need HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!

2 things 1 wrong forum number 2 you need the second CD if you obtain the game illegally then no one here will help you.
