is changing length of contract with national team as manager in career mode to be neverending (e.g. for next 15 years) is possible? I'm mad when i win the qualifiers to euro and after extending contract the results from qualifiers are randomized and suddenly i'm 4th in the group.

Just curious why this mod was deleted. It hasn't crashed on me yet. Well I'm still in season one but more than half way through and no probem so far

To defend your point further. Not only is this a viable option it is one that they currently use in the game with limited rights to the Serie A Italian League teams.

The fact that we all acknowledge this fact, across multiple games and consoles, and we as a community can't/won't do anything about it is pretty sad. FIFA and Madden have had these issues for over half a decade now.
EA knew that FIFA 23 was going to be released during a World Cup year and didn't even take the time to implement the tournament pre-launch.
If another company came out with a game every 5 years with a focus on immersion and gameplay instead of microtransaction heavy modes and released every year, I would anticipate 35-45% of the sales in current EA Sports products to convert over.
