fifaconfig has stopped working

Ok now my friend have a problem..
He has installed fifa 11 and if he try to open fifaconfig (to set the settings) he get a error ''fifaconfig has stopped working''

Any help ?

PS: He has win 7 64bit

wouldnt you need to know the size & profile to help me ?

whats his operating system ?
has he tried editing anything ?
has he tried overriding fifaconfig through gfx card control panel.

whats his operating system ? -Windows 7 64bit
has he tried editing anything ? -No. We only have installed the game
has he tried overriding fifaconfig through gfx card control panel ? -He has a 9600M GT Geforce
