For me i dont put it in the data/cmn folder..just start program in the map i have extracted to and then open db with the program

I actually tried that before I put it in the data/cmn folder but then it still didn't work.

Exoma if there not in the game already they probably dont have one youll probably just have to find a nmber that isnt being used by another team alredy.

you can extract it in any folder
you just need to load the db (previously backed up)
