FifaFS4: Crash to Desktop when Loading Game!

I am trying to create a patch for a local club using FifaFS4. But everytime I try to install the patch it crashes down to desktop when loading a game! How come?

Since I do not believe that it's connected to FifaFS4, could it be because of a bad FSH-File (f.ex. the kits). How does one create a FSH-Kits file correctly?

I created mine by taking an original Kits-FSH-File from a Zdata-File and modifying it by FSHEd 0.0.5 (replaced kit-bitmap in FSH). Is this wrong? Should I use kitraptor-files (install the kits via kitraptor and export them afterwards with biggui)?

How does one create correct FSH-Files for FifaFS4?

Any help appreciated.
