Hello Forum Members,

Seeing the Much pleased success of my first Patch for FIFA 2005 (UCL Update Patch); I have come up with an Idea... As you may have guessed it will be a FIFA WC 2006 Qualfying & Final Tournament Patch, But not only that it will have much much more!

As Before with the UCL Update Patch this Patch will hopefully add:
1. New National Teams of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Iran, Morocco, Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Serbia & Montenegro, Ukraine, Slovakia, Iceland, Belarus, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Georgia, Israel, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova & San Marino;
as well as the 9 "hidden" teams of: Japan, Netherlands, Republic of Korea (South), Ecuador, South Africa, Cyprus, Faroe Islands Saudi Arabia, & Senegal.
2. New Clubs added: AEK Athens, CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Kyiv, Ferencvaros, Lokomotiv Moscow & Maccabi Tel-Aviv

And as before:
New Tournaments:
UEFA Euro 2004
UEFA Champions League 2004-2005
UEFA Cup
FIFA World Cup with Qualification:
Groups 1-8. UEFA (Europe) - Top 2 will Qualify from Groups 1 & 3. Top spots for all other Euro Groups will also qualify but 2nd placers from 2 & 4, 5 & 6, 7 & 8 will playoff.
Group 9. Conmebol (South America) - Top 4 will qualify - 5th playoff with 4th of N.America
Group 10. Concacaf (North America) - Top 3 will qualify - 4th playoff with 5th of S.America
Group 11. CAF (Africa) - Top 5 will qualify
Group 12. AFC (Asia) & Australia - Top 5 will Qualify
Germany Qualifies Automatically.
But with one added bonus:
UEFA Champions League 2005-2006!
With only Artmedia Bratislava needed to be added which is a great plus!

Now, unfortunately, due to academic commitments, I'm not planning on starting this patch straight away, hey I haven't even got FIFA 06 yet!
My main concern is the kits of the new teams, Converting them is going to be difficult & I'm not going to make them from scratch, I wouldnt know where to start! Also I'm going to have to use generic minis for the National teams (except the hidden ones)... Everything else I have ready to place from my previous patch so that's a bonus!
So anyone who is interested, PLEASE POST HERE!

So I hope this patch will be finished for the FIFA Community so that we can hear about your victories in Berlin, Istanbul, Lisbon or Paris, which ever path you decide to take!

Again If anyone who is interested, PLEASE POST HERE!

All I need for now are kits... now by my calculations...

36 x 2 (Home&Away) Kits for Intl Teams = 72 kits

7 x 2 (Home&Away) Kits for Rest of World teams = 14 Kits

Grand TOTAL = 86

36 is because of the fact that EA will undoubtely have kits for Japan, Korea Saudi Arabia & probably Holland (as was the case in TCM 2005)

Now hopefully EA were kind enough to drop the kits of CSKA Moscow, Maccabi Tel Aviv & Dynamo Kyiv in to the zdatas of either FIFAM 06 or FIFA 06. Can Anyone Confirm this? (you'll be looking for ids 315, 100545, & 101047 respectively)

EDIT: One Last thing... How about extracting Everything from the XBOX360 Version? :bouncy: It's a long shot, but its much better than having to remake stuff ;)

Would this take as long as the one for FIFA 2005(8 months)

Hi.. I have one question.

Do you know National hidden team's ID? I can't find it..

If you know that please tell me.. bye~

I think I might actually quite like to help with a patch like this. Not just kits either but I am good at a few other things too. I think it would be most important to add all the countries that will be competing in the World Cup next year first, then throw in more teams in the next update. I'll get started on a couple of national team kits I think. The only problem with that is more teams will be changing kits as the year progresses so I think a lot of updating will be necessary.

Just hope this patch gets off of the ground, and hopefully more people will participate.

I can help too, I have more than 220 added teams in my Fifa 2005. I have all the teams you mentioned into .c05 files with accurate rosters, flags, logos, in perfect state (not n00b work ;)). We worked on the teams with some friends (Jomi, Cyprom for example)
So you're welcome if you need my help ;-) and I'll send my list of teams.
BTW I'm trying to convert all the teams for fifa 06 so if I'll be able, you'll have most of the teams (without kits unfortnately)

Dont worry about the kits for the teams that I previously had in FIFA 2005. Grazie a' Rinaldo, I can convert the previous kits that i used before! :)

I guess for the New teams, I would only need all art files (banners, kits, logos, minis) & rosters for Angola, Ghana, Cote' D'Ivoire,
Togo & Kazakhstan & Maybe Bahrain if they Qualify

Reserve Team
I like the african teams that did qualify for WC, especially Togo and Cote dÍvoire, both have great players

Togo: Adebayor, Salifou
Cote d'Ivoire: B.Kalou, Drogba, Dindane, Eboue, Toure, A.Kone, B.Kone etc.

i thinks that the kits are not that important, you can just make them similar to the real one,it would be good anyway and it would take less time.maybe you could add new teams and better kits with an update.
