I am using too Win7 64bit and have not problem.
You should select the Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 11\ path. Only select to "FIFA 11", not FIFA11\Game\.

I talked with Bassio and he said he will check if he can do something about .rx2 - format. All we can do is hope that he will find a way to open .rx2 files and add support for .rx2 format also.
