PUT DESKTOP RESOLUTION TO FIT YOUR IN GAME RES, AND PUT 60 HZ ON MONITOR

if u do that , u dont need than to pu 32 to 16 bit

just try , for me it work. i think that is 60 hz important becouse this game is prioritetly work for console
