Fiorentina, Cagliari, Bologna, Sampdoria logos?

Where can I find the real logos (ingame and front-end logos in .fsh format) to replace the Serie A clubs with generic logos?

Bologna, Sampdoria, Fiorentina and Cagliari have generic logos and I want to put in the correct ones.

I did a search and couldn't find anything. I searched other sites for patches and didn't find anything either.
I would also like the correct logos for Serie B clubs if possible (but it's not as important).

good thing I didn't give up searching

I found a good patch at an Italian FIFA website...
it has all the minikits and front end logos (but not the ingame logos )
