First textures extracted

So I downloaded the FIFA 12 Texture Editor from ModdingWay. It told me I needed Net Framework 4 so I went ahead and installed it, then I went through and made sure all my Windows Update was up to date. Whenever I try to open it now it doesn't do anything. Any help?

I downloaded here and works ok.
But, do you can run the tool, or do you click to run it and nothing happens?

Click it to run, get that loading circle for a few seconds, then nothing.

strange. at the first time it had a little delay. but run. Did you installed slimDx to framework 4?
And, did you installed the right version to your system(32 or 64 bits)?

I read the readme and went to install SlimDX, I selected Net Framework 4.0 and it started to ''repair'' C++ distributable. Then after that it said I didn't have Net Framework 4.0 installed. Even though it's all up to date via Windows Update and whenever I try to install 4.0 again it tells me I can either remove or repair it since it's already installed.

It's also worth mentioning this is a completely clean install from yesterday. It's x64 Windows 7 Ultimate, with the only things install being Zune Player, Origin, FIFA 12 Demo and Google Chrome.
