Hi this is my first try at a wallpaper I don't think this is the best I can do but I will try making another one with Luis Figo I hope it will be better but still please leave your comments

i hope i wont sound too harsh :(

it is pretty good for a first effort, but...

I think that telling the truth, is better than replying Its great, even when its not. I think thats just wrong.

First, (and most important) u shud change the BG! IMO it doesnt match a soccer wallpaper. You should try blending other Totti pics, with other pics (Stadium, crowd????). Or if u decide on not doing that, then it should be something more interesting than wrinkled fabric with vertical lines :mambo:

Second... the writing... I dont like the font, and I dont think that Best bla bla bla is really nescessary.

Good Luck with your Figo wallpaper, just work on the BG and it will be cool :)

I think that's the first REAL critique I've seen here in a while! :eek: I don't agree with the "great work!" replies to anything posted either, at least say why you like it, or don't..

thats what i dont like about ppl whose 70% of posts are "WOW! Thats Awesome", "hey, thats great!", "man, "thats really cool" etc. sometimes thats all u can say, but most of the times even if something is really good, there is some stuff that you should pointout. Like sometimes i make a wallpaper, and then someone tells me something i wud never notice otherwise.

I started writing that reply before anyone posted, but then i decided that maybe i shudnt, coz i didn't want to make NUFC feel bad... but after seeing those previous replies, i was like... thats not right. I just always say what I think, and I want to be honest.

Also the point isn't to critique all the time. And when you do it, do it in a nice way. I hate when somoene says It Sux, without even giving reasons, or hints how to improve it.

And people who always say the same thing (just using different words) their opinions become meaningless, coz it seems like they open the thread and put one of those Its great comments without even looking closely.

Thanks Kader no problem I won't get mad get mad I like people that are honest thanks well I thought I should give it another go or two at this wallpaper stuff so please tell me what you think of this one I could find a great pic for the background but still I think this Background looks cool I think I did much better with this try please anyone leave your comments thanks

it's pretty good, but a little plain..... I do like the original orange desktop there in the background..... Mind if I ask where you got it from?
