Well yeah I figured that out myself, but I watch the games and it sure looks to me like Adler is playing well. Assuming 10 shots per game for the opposition, Adler has conceded on something like 2-3% of shots this season. That's pretty good. I play a direct game, not a possession game, so it's not like the other team lacks shots or opportunities.

I decided what the hell while i was for FM 11 ill manage Schalke in Germany. Very challenging fun team to manage but a pain in the butt to decide what formation I should use. I've been using the barcelona 4-3-3 here's a screen shot of my roster. As of now....I lead the league with fewest goals allowed so far (13) Any suggestions on what formation? thanks.

What a rollercoaster first season half way thru the season the board got fed up that there were rumors I was going to get fired because the media won't seem to shut the f*ck up for once. Because some of the players think i was inexperienced to manage the club. But hey how do you like them apples now? Klaas is a monster and Raul honestly gave it his all in his first season that he ran out of fuel in season 2 that he's in the bench just for motivation. He wants to be my assistant manager after this season.....ill show staff stats for Raul and let me know if I should keep him or ship him back to spain.

I would suggest you play Holtby (he's becoming an absolute monster for my Leverkusen side) and what did you do with Howedes, he's one of the best defenders in the game!

Oh, and I'm pissed that you drew an awful Bayern, in my first two seasons they dropped 73 and 74 points and were an absolute bitch to play.

He can play both. I use him mostly as a winger because I play mostly 4-4-2 with duel holding midfielders, but when there's a huge advantage to be had by playing 4-2-3-1 (like occasionally someone will trot out a 5-3-2 against me with a sweeper), or I'm forced into it by injuries, I've used him as an AMC. He's been very good at both positions. Schalke didn't really play him before I bought the kid, and the playing time has improved his stats a lot, but even before that his form was great.

The noobs had him in the reserve I didnt know he was in the squad till early in season 2. -_- I find him more useful in the AMC-MC role. He's becoming a fan favorite too. oh yea and I beat Man Utd 1-0 Old Trafford ha! karma favors me.

So from where I left off to where Im at now. Well basically Im not stressed out by the schalke board everytime and honestly after 2 seasons. Winning league title in first season and finishing second in my last season. But winning the champions league with the squad and up and coming players they had. I got a offer to manage Arsenal here are photos to help me for you guys to understand better. Life has been good in England so far
